OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Alert Level 2 Update (12 August 2020)

The New Zealand Government has declared a move to Level 2 of New Zealand’s COVID-19 alert system.

At Aspiring Lifestyle Retirement Village we are considered an Essential Service, and will continue to support our residents with our usual staff team,

We will put appropriate measures in place to reduce the risk to our residents and staff, including social distancing, limiting large gatherings, hand washing, sanitisation and recording visitor details for contact tracing purposes. We also encourage the use of face masks.

The village remains open to visitors for sales tours at this stage, with Alert Level 2 protocols to be observed at all times.

Non-essential visits to the village are permitted, but under Level 2 protocols.

Care givers and family may come to the village to provide support or supplies to residents. Social distancing of 2m and good hygiene practices is recommended at all times.

We are monitoring the advice of the New Zealand Government at regular intervals, and are following all of their guidelines and recommendations.

We will continue to work closely with all of our residents to ensure adequate support networks are in place and to ensure everyone receives the support they need.
