Support when you need it
We have a dedicated team of staff at Aspiring Village and we all enjoy making life better for our residents. Reception help, gardening, maintenance, activities co-ordination and health advising– our team is here to help.
Aspiring Village offers a variety of support to our residents, including support while living independently in villas and apartments.
Residents of Aspiring Village have priority access to our assisted living apartments and the aged care centre should they be assessed as eligible and if there is availability.
For those residents living independently in villas and apartments, we will take care of the lawn-mowing, gardening and maintenance of your home. Should any of our residents require additional support, we offer in-home care, housekeeping and meal services directly to your Aspiring Village home.
It is comforting to know that every home comes with a 24-hour emergency call system to respond to residents should they require assistance. We also have a Health Advisor (Registered Nurse) who is available to meet with residents by appointment.
Aspiring Village – What is our current care offering
Independent Living – Aspiring Village: one part time nurse (5 days per week) who has moved from an advisory capacity to now providing ancillary nursing services. This includes one (in house) morning health clinic per week. Operates a 9:00am – 5:00pm nurses phone. We do not charge for this service but have a contract with ACC to cover the likes of wound care.
Assisted Living – Pembroke: one part time nurse (5 days per week) Basic care package includes daily medication and welfare check; general health check twice yearly.
Hospital – Aspiring Care: Dementia (special care); Palliative and Respite Care – (Full time Care) Approximately 75 staff.
