Our village site is on the edge of town, across the road from Wanaka Golf Course and adjacent to the Wanaka Lakes Health Centre which includes medical centre, pharmacy, dentist, physiotherapy, specialist clinics, chiropractor, podiatrist, optometrist, massage, radiology and more.
Wanaka town centre is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away.

The Upper Clutha region boasts many sports and social clubs, boutique shopping and fantastic cafes and restaurants. A short drive from Aspiring Village is Three Parks shopping centre with a large supermarket and a selection of shops. Queenstown International Airport is a 1-hour drive away.

Wanaka boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries. One of Wanaka’s finest restaurants Bistro Gentil and Maude Wines Tasting Room are only a 5 minute stroll from the village.

Wanaka township has a full range of boutique shops, and all set with Lake Wanaka as a beautiful backdrop. Wanaka also houses a well-stocked library and two wonderful boutique cinemas.
