Villas at Aspiring Village pay tribute to the rich history of the Central Lakes district with schist stone features and neutral colour palettes. We have a range of two and three bedroom villa styles. From the affordably priced duplex villas, through to the luxury three-bedroom, double garage villas, with a generous 180+m² floor area.

All of our homes are designed and finished to a very high standard and adapted to suit the Wanaka climate. Double glazing, ample insulation, conservatories and covered patios provide warmth in the winter months and shelter from the summer sun.
